I made some rice pasta with pesto sauce, and to make the sauce a little creamy I added some rice milk. After I started cooking the meal my husband decided he didn't want what I was cooking so he made some Indian food. It is too spicy for me, good though.

Corn on the cob and home made onion rings. It was the first time I made the onion rings like this - I dredged them in flour and fried them twice. Absolutely delicious. I got such a craving for onions last night - I don't usually use onions in cooling these days because they don't agree with my husband.

The night before I mashed potatoes and added some  rocket pesto and parmesan and baked it for a while and served it with whiting baked in white wine with shallots and capers (served  with carrots as well) - it was yum.

We have so many leftovers from brunch at the Cheesecake Factory that I might not need to cook for 2 days.

Last night we made incredo-burgers. That's what I'm going to call them at least. We took hamburger meet and stuffed bacon, cheese, and crispy onions inside the patties. Then we cooked them on the George Foreman grill (so it was totally healthy, you know?). They were super good, even though the buns we had were a little stale.
