It's been a little while since I posted here, so here's the last 3 nights worth of dinners:
sunday: beef stew
monday: fried rice
tonight: chicken enchiladas

Tomorrow we're going out to dinner - probably Indian.

I love Puttanesca!!!

Last night i had left over steak & mushrooms. I cut the steak into very thin strips brfire i put it in fridge. I threw them in a skillet to heat up witht the mushrooms & had it in a whole wheat pita with a fist full of baby spinach & some fresh shredded parm. Was very tasty.
No idea what tonight holds. (i think shrimp cocktail & a salad.)

Last night was chicken in barbecue sauce with beans and cornbread.  The night before that was MIL's swiss steak recipe (sliced potatoes with cream of mushroom soup and onions, with a chuck steak over the top (seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder). Bake for about 2 hours, I think.  I started with somewhat frozen meat, so it took longer.

Tonight will be some sort of ham. I doubt it will be ham and scalloped potatoes, as the pot is still holding the leftover swiss steak.  Maybe I'll try a new recipe....

tuna noodle casserole tonight. 

yesterday was meatloaf, and monday we went out to eat for my dad's birthday.  i had these really good raviolis that were stuffed with chicken, spinach and ricotta with a really good creamy tomato sauce.  mmm.

last night was bruschetta chicken bake stuff. tonight was leftovers.

I ended up having Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (with a small amt of Cherrios) with vanilla Soy milk.  Later I hade applesauce I warmed in microwave wth a few rasins, cinnamon & a few pecans. I was very tasty.
I need to get to store,,, & stop working doubles, thankfully I can get on crafster while I work!!

tonight was frozen chicken pot pie. I just couldn't bring myself to cook.

I finaly got to the store.  Whoot!

Last night I had a shrimp cocktail & a salad with romain, carrots,articoke hearts & greek dressing.

I also made a HUGE pot of stew, having that for lunch today. (froze 5 smaller portions, and took some to mom & dad too.)

Last night was hamburgers and french fries (I had to work until 8pm and two of the kids have a 9pm bedtime).  Tonight? Dunno.  I'm thinking about making shrimp for Valentine's Day, and putting them in pairs on the plate so they look like hearts, but then I might have to crochet some spaghetti to go along with it.     Except that I vaguely recall promising steak to DH.  It's kind of silly that I have next Thursday's dinner planned, but not tonight's dinner.
