Slightly odd mixture due to using leftovers but it tasted fantastic:

Pan fried liver, with tagliatelli mixed with sundried tomato pesto and feta cheese - trust me liver and feta cheese workd really well.

Friday night is our family-night-out.  Since we are under a foot of new snow, it may be a family-night-in  Undecided.  Last night we had shrimp pasta.

Last night was a big shrimp cocktail & applesauce with chopped walnuts & granola.

Tonight will be some spinach linguini with olive oil & parm with steamed broccoli & wilted spinach.  =)

I am going to a super bowl party tomorrow so I'll prob be eatting a ton of crap there lol.

I am making a really thick chili severed in biscut cups.

Also veggies (baby carrots, red & green pepper strips, baby pea pods, and celery) with homemade dip.

last night was baked chicken with bbq sauce and onion, steamed carrots and the yummiest mashed potatoes ever.  (Peel and boil potatoes, drain, mash 'um up, add some butter, a big dollop of plain yogurt, and mix in a chopped up green garlic stalk, and salt and pepper. Yum!)

Tonight we're having tofu and chard with rice.
