Pasta Fagioli soup - very similar to Olive Garden.  It has white/red kidney beans, celery, onions, tomatoes, rotini pasta -  MMM - good!  Way better than Campbell's.

Mushroom "flour" dumplings (as opposed to wonton type) stewed in delish mushroom, herb, and veggie broth, and served with the broth and wine, reduced and gravy like. Yummy!

yesterday was my birthday, and i made pot stickers (which i love love love.  i ate like 15.)  i had gotten a new pasta rolling outey machine from my dh, the kind with the crank that you clamp to your counter, so i made the skins from scratch.  also pepper steak, fried noodles and egg flowered soup.  i hope i get a big bamboo steamer as a late gift.  i really want one. ^,^  because i think i would rather steam my pot stickers first, then pan fry them.

We're in a gravy mode around here, so yesterday we had chicken with gravy and shell noodles, all mixed together.  Tonight it was white enchiladas.
