Nachos and homemade guacamole. Apparently, I did a better job with the onions this time. Last time, it smelled as much like onions as avocado.

tonight we had a really easy/lazy dinner.  white rice, lentils with coconut and garam masala, and roasted garlickey potatoes and cauliflower.  the lentils were made like a month ago, and i had frozen the extra portions.

Rice and duck and veggies. Soup afterwards.

Rice Krispies for dessert and tangerines.

Sashimi we bought from the Japanese supermarket as a snack. Yum!

hot and sour soup with sizzling rice, chicken with black beans.  rice, and deep fried rice vermicelli in the soup. (been on a fried noodle kick lately.  i love those things.)
