Yesterday we ate out @ Fudruckers. I had a Medium Rare Buffalo Burger smotered with mushrooms. I was a good girl & didn't have any fries  so I made a "salad" from  the topppings bar with shredded lettuce, salsa, banana peppers, pickles, hot peppers & malt vinger.  Yumm!!

Tonight Sauted mushrooms & onions over scrammbled eggs...  Frozen strawberries & manderina oranges for later. Yumm

Chili!  One of my husband's favorite things I cook.  My secret is to mix cheese into it and not just have it as a topping.

I found a new recipe for crockpot lasagna so I made that today. It was all ready when I came home from work, my house smelled divine, and it was really yummy! Yay for crockpots!
