My freezer is packed, so tonight is a leftover freezer meal.  Meatballs, baked potato, salad, and some kind of fruit.  Probably a nectarine.

Also, I'm freezing and want cake, so will probably make a hot milk cake at some point.

It's getting cold here so I'm in the mood for soup and comfort food a lot now. For tonight I'm thinking chicken noodle soup, maybe just with chicken broth and no actual chicken (because I don't really feel like thawing and cooking any, plus sometimes the boneless skinless chicken breast has a weird texture to me).

Fall means baking and lots of warm comfort food.  Tonight it's going to be crock pot BBQ ribs, a salad, and cake.

Mini eggplant parm with homemade veggie/marinara sauce I made and froze.  I certainly got my veggies in tonight.  Also, mango for dessert.

Breakfast for dinner for us tonight (the super lazy way)...Eggs over-easy, biscuits and gravy (canned biscuits and gravy mix w/ frozen crumbled sausage that was leftover from making breakfast burritos) and tater tots...told you I was being lazy, but it was still good and the fiance had seconds so it was a success lol

last night i made a big tray of pasta bake and it was AWESOME, onions, mince, can of tomatos, some tomato puree and a jar of pasata type stuff, possibly simmered it a little long as there wasn't really any sauce by the time the bake was done but it was tasty, with some melted cheese on top
tonight will be left over pasta and soup, or possibly lamb stew and we'll take the soup with us on our adventures tomorrow

Tonight, we're having individual mini pizzas with a side salad. My kids always eat well when they make their own pizzas. Cheesy
