Pork chops and the best pasta ever! (Penne with lemon cream sauce and capers from Sweet Tomatoes/Souplantation). I also might make baked "fried" zuchini using the baked onion ring recipe found on here, depends on if I'm broiling the pork chops or not so the oven's in use.

I had pizza dippers and cantaloupe for dinner.  The dippers had pepperoni, cheese, peppers, and onions.

My favorite Pizza Chicken  =)
lightly pound chicken breast till thin & even in size, lightly brown in skillet with just a spray of olive oil
while browning chicken simmer tomato sauce to thicken a bit.
after browning chicken lightly brown mushrooms & bell pepper, drain on paper towels
lay chicken out in a baking dish top with veggies & sauce
take a string cheese & pull into shoe string size pieces lay over chicken
cook at 350 for aprox 20 mins
sometime I'll add pepperoni, ground beef or ham to sauce as well but i am trying to watch my fat intake.

I have a ton of peaches  .... sliced & froze 4 gallons of them!!!  had fresh peaches for dessert

Pork loin roasted in star anise, all spice, cloves, cinnamon and chopped apple. We'll be having honey baked carrots and fondant potatoes on the side and for dessert I'm going to make an apple and blackberry crumble with the blackberries picked from my back garden.

I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

HolaKitty, that sounds like one great big desert! Yum Cheesy

We're having steaks over the fire tonight, with potatoes and carrots in foil in the coals.  It's like we're camping, but we're not. Grin

Made Buffalo Chili tonight! Browned a half package of grass-fed ground buffalo, added a can of TJ's organic tomato sauce, chopped onions, a clove of garlic, lots of chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Oh, and a splash of olive oil. SO tasty and made me feel good about my food sources too...
