Tonight is my husbands beef and potato casserole cooked in a dutch oven over coals. OMBob is it good!

Not healthy for you at all, but gets seriously high marks on the comfort food zone!

A couple tamales & a corn & tomatos with italian dressing.   Strawerries for dessert.

I am excited for dinner tomorrow, Mom & Dad invited us over, they are getting take out from the new Indian place in town. I am looking forward to trying it. =)
Also we are all giving dad his gifts early. =)

For the past two days, we've been eating through a pot of improvised minestrone, spiced with mystery little green chiles soaked up by some lovely local sourdough bread.  I had the last of it for breakfast this morning Smiley

Last night was left over Indian, Shrimp Biriyani and Samosas, with sliced cucumbers & more green sauce.

Tonight will be steak hot off the grill with marinted grilled potatos & broccoli.
Strawberries for dessert.

Hickory smoked ribs, fire grilled t-bone steak, some sort of Salad salad and a pasta salad.  It's a pot luck with friends tonight. Love this summer weather!
