The remains of the night before's dinner -  bolnegnese and pasta. I sloshed some wine into it, added cheese sauce and cheese and baked it till it was crispy on top.

went to walmart to get some groceries after work...our car decided to take a break, and not start..and since it was close to mid night with no one to call..a local police officer took my husband, my groceries and me home...and now close to 1am we are about to have grilled bbq steak, hot dogs, and salad for dinner..worth it..well we'll see how much the repairs are I guess  Undecided...

Last night was chicken taquitos with sour cream and salsa verde.  I made a huge batch and froze the rest, so that will probably be lunch and dinner until we get tired of them!
