Update: progress is still being made on my project. The silk dyed gorgeous. I used a different mordant and I like it much better. Pieces were cut out a few days ago and sewing has begun.

What's up with the rest of you?

Your partner is both thrilled at the suggestions of goodness to come, and flooded with more than a little swap anxiety!

I have a hillarious bag from a Korean Fried Chicken place I'm wondering what to do with. (the fried chicken was terrific, btw. ) And some serious Chinese jade.

I loved KFC in Thailand...Fried Chicken with sticky rice...and spicy sauce...yummm
But the restaurant's terrible here in the states. And they don't give you sticky rice.

I hit a major SNAFU yesterday. An error in measurement has caused me to have to remake one item.  Cry
I'd cry but I don't have time.
