I think this would be great for my sreahorse themed bathroom. Do you know what brand the felt you bought was?

These are so great, I have some sticky-back felt but I'm not sure how easily it would come off.

do they come off easily enough and leave no mark?  Because it would be great to try in a dorm... I love these!

They seem to be working fine in my apartment! I have actually moved them around a bit since I put them up. No problems getting them off.

If these come off without peeling paint or leaving marks then they are FAR SUPERIOR to the vinyl kind.

The people who owned the house before us put up some yucky paw prints (each about a foot high) along a wall. When we took them down they peeled off three layers of paint! We had to use filler to make it all even again.

Great work on finding a better substitute than the original. Smiley And it looks great too!

THANK YOU!
that is such a great idea.. i haven't been on Craftster in a while, but dorm move-in is coming soon and I immediately thought of blik. I looked at their website and thought, "well maybe some day, but for now they're too expensive!"
I knew that craftster would have an answer!

I'm going to try this too. (the birds are my favorite)

I actually saw that stuff last week in Wal-Mart - but I didn't think there was a practical use for it! XD

This looks so great - congrats on being creative & thrifty. I've been looking for something similar for my walls, and now I'm heading to the felt!
