Those are all so sweet. Lucky little girls with a talented Mom. You asked how to keep the hem from rolling on Chloe's dress. You might try putting a band of the striped fabric that is on the sleeve. If you don't have that fabric you may have to face it with a wide facing and the hand stitch it down. pewa

Oh I love the three tier dress with the option of the pants underneath. 

Did you use patterns for these or did you just 'whip them up'.

I'd love to know how to do layers like that.
