I really want to make these! But I have a questions....I bought seed beads, but I think there waaaayyy too tiny....they don't fit on my string! Is there a certin size I should get? For the beads? Should I use wire instead of string?

I used size 10/0 for mine, and 32 gauge wire. There was a little bit of leeway there, so slightly smaller beads or slightly bigger wire would've probably worked. I'm sure there's some kind of string that would be small enough, but the beauty of using wire is that you don't need a needle to thread the beads. Also it makes them a little bit shape-able. And I got a spool of wire for, like, $1.50, so it's not a real bank-buster.

I was a little late in the game, but I just saw harry potter order of the pheonix and my daughter and I made these ear rings.  She really enjoyed making her first earrings from this pattern and she's wearing them as we speak.  Thank you for such a cute and quick project!!!!

I made myself a pair of radish earrings! first, I made one from polymer clay, and even with foil in the middle, they were much to heavy. I like these bead ones better. much more lighweight. Smiley

also, I made a cork necklace with my own little spin on it. I made some little charms that dangle off the bottom. also, I made a 'Weasley is our king' pin!

I will take pictures of all of it and post it.

I am hoping to be done with the ravenclaw scarf I am making before the next movie gets out. Then, I can wear it all the the theater. I told my mom I am skipping school that day to watch the movie. she thinks i'm joking *shakes head* lol.

I adore these, I made some bad ones out of clay but they aren't hard hahaha. I love beading but it's not my specialty, and I'm afraid to try ones like these...maybe I will anyway!
