I love them! Hubby actually said he would take me to see the new movie the first night & I so need to make this earrings to wear (along with the hundred other projects I need to get done)!

They look really great. I was a bit surprised actually to see the movie shots, because from reading the book, I thought that she wore actual radishes (hence why she looked so strange), much like she wore a necklace made of actual butterbeer corks. What is so weird about wearing earrings that look like radishes but are made of beads? Or has my  mind been warped by craft?

Construction-wise, am I right in thinking you did the double wire thing, so they are flat rather than 3-dimensional? Or did you devise a pattern so that you could make it round from 2-dimensional? (like: http://perso.orange.fr/mk.perles/indexfr.htm)

Those are unbelievably cool. I'm freakishly HP obsessed, and Luna is one of my favorite characters (in spanish class, I went by "Luna"). too bad my local borders isn't opening at midnight, nor do i have pierced ears.

I guess I'd better start on that butterbeer necklace... Smiley

Usually mods delete posts that are simply requests for tutorials, rather than appreciating the maker's work/making constructive suggestions etc
