What's black/red/white and poofy all over?

A reconned Mickey Mouse sheet dress, that's what! I made this many a month ago, but never thought to post about it. I worked on it into the night on School Nights, then woke up in the morning very early to finish it before school one day, where I wore it. The finishing touches were done very sloppy-like, because I was in such a rush to show it off.

Overall, my schoolmates accepted and applauded my accomplishment. When a cute bow hair-band and some black flats, I felt on top of the world. One of my friends promptly drew up a design for a dress, handed me two bedsheets, and asked me to get sewin'

Sorry, no before pictures, just picture this fabric, but a bedsheet. As well as some cheap, white tulle.









My first time really making anything wearable (and with ruffles), the closest to starting from scratch, too.

I'll probably never, ever wear it again...but it was nice to make it.

Aw, thanks, everyone! I'll be sure to whip up some kind of tute. Do you guys think a real one would be better than a MS Paint one? (Like isn't any harder to understand?) If I should make a new one, I'll probably have to go buy some awesome sheet and make cleaner stitches. (Perhaps for a swap :-O?)
