Hi,
I was just wondering if there is a limit on the amount of swappers after 25 or if it's up to my discretion? Obviously trying to keep tabs on 100 people with one co-organiser isn't exactly plausible, but this is my first time organising and the swap has filled up really fast (20 participants in 2 days!)- if there isn't an existing limit, what would the mods recommend? Cheesy

Really it's up to you, but you know what you and a co-organiser can handle.  The most I've done myself, is 50 and that got REALLY crazy!

I've seen swaps with more than one co-organizer, if you think you'll need even more help, why not recruit someone else?

The most I've had is in the thirties. 25 is a pretty modest limit, in my opinion. Bust that baby open!

Lemme just say, why take a chance on screwing up your organizer status?... get help! Let the swap get as big as you want, but recruit some people to help out... what happens if you have some missing packages or missing swappers... that makes for a TON of extra organizing time for you to put in! You can have your co-organizer help track received packages and have someone in the wings that is willing to help co-ordinate any angels if it comes to that. Just leaving feedback for over 25 swappers can be time consuming!

Where are you supposed to send the swap info if you don't have a co-organizer for a swap over the limit? Am I supposed to just send the list of participants or all the info?

You really do need to corral a co-organiser; but if absolutely no one will organise with you - you can send me your spreadsheet and I'll keep it for you.
