this isn't going to be a popular post.

i just achieved the position of craftster god/goddess with 251 posts. i have a feeling that these positions were made when the idea of someone posting thousands of times was far-off. i certainly don't feel like a god/goddess, i think of that when i see those people (ahem, sweets), with huge numbers under their craftster name. also, now i have nothing to aspire to anymore!

are the cutoffs for craftster positions ever going to be changed?

I don't understand what you're trying to say. You want to get more posts to be a goddess? Huh

And yes, sweets does have a lot of posts.

Thriftjunkie, I know what you mean.  I love the levels.  It would be cool for there to be another one.  I'm aspiring for Crazy Crafterista.

sorry. i need to learn to express myself. either add more levels, or make it so you have to get more posts to get to each level, or something. i feel like i often see people who joined a month or two ago and are already at the top level- the levels don't seem representative of the range of number of posts. does that make more sense?

I don't think we've ever discussed changing the positions, but that's not to say Leah is opposed to the idea.

I don't usually pay much attention to them, honestly.

Oh, okay! Now I get it!

I sort of agree with you. I think after the first day I was already a goddess!  Cheesy But I don't think the levels are that important. I don't really pay attention to them.

this is TOTALLY minor, but just something i thought of

there are ALOT of us out there who have posts upwards of 3000 (and some with tens of thousands lol)

i think that after you reach god/goddess at like 300 i think it is, it just stops...maybe a revamp of the levels should be in order now that ALOT of people surpass 300 posts here

like i said, totally minor, just an idea
