Those are really sweet!  Usually when I see handwarmers I just think in practical terms, i.e. they would keep my hands warm in the snow - but those are so cute, if I knitted them I might never take them off!

Um, yeah--those are adorable. 

I made my first pair of fingerless gloves not too long ago... how utilitarian are fingerless gloves?  I suppose they'd be more suited to a cold office or something like that, but what about, for example, walking to class?

Most fingerless gloves I have seen look so silly, but THESE are so pretty! They're really classy looking, I love the design. I can't believe it was rejected by Knitty! It's so Knitty-looking. If I could knit, I would definitely be begging you for a pattern right now.
