Smiley  Cheesy  Grin This swap gallery is intended as a way to recognize all the wonderful personal swaps that are done in this community!   Grin  Cheesy  Smiley

Personal swaps are not encouraged or supported by Craftster.  This is only a thread to post pictures from your personal experiences.  Personal swaps are not and cannot be tracked in Swap Feedback on profiles and should not be linked to Craftster's Organized Swaps in any way.

Folks who have participated in a personal swap and wish to share pictures of the items they have sent and received may do so by posting in this gallery.

Please note that this gallery is meant for those who have had a good experience with their personal swaps!  This is not the place to air your grievances about being "flaked" on...please keep it positive and give love to those awesome personal swappers! Wink

Each month a new gallery will be started.  If you have received from a personal/private swap, within the month, feel free to post pictures here!   Grin

Or browse previous galleries...
Cheers!

Torrance & I were in the same swap last month (not partners) and I fell in love with her crocheted beads! It was the first personal swap for both of us! Smiley

The coveted beads::

An awesome Marilyn makeup bag, a cupcake pouch, & this rockin wrist band (how did you know I've been wanting one of these?!)

And here's what frix220 sent to me for out very first personal swap:

She made a tissue holder, a pouch and a holder for my crochet hooks. As you can see, the hooks have allready moved to their new home.

She also sent me the yarn I've been drooling after for months!! (A little closer to a year actually..) For some stupid reason you can't get red heart super saver yarn in Finland. Or any (vegan)yarn with camo coloring (I don't know about non-vegan yarns, but I don't think you get camo-coloured ones of those either.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FRIX220

I made a pair of mittens for a friend for Christmas a few years ago from that yarn. I was really impressed with how they turned out! Usually Red Heart stuff turns out pretty blah, but that camo stuff looks so good. Seems like you guys had a really awesome first personal swap Smiley.

After drooling over beadizzygrl's necklace [ http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=171670.msg1760282#msg1760282 ] I (hopefully) asked if she wanted to swap and happily she said yes!

These are pics (ones beadizzygrl took, because I just have a web-cam)--I have the white one.

I LOVE my goodies and plan on wearing them quite often.

Many thanks, beadizzygrl Smiley .
