Wow, very cool. I tried to figure out a pattern in that style from a stuffed horse I have when I was like.. 10 but I made the underbelly too wide to the legs flew straight outward. I would love it if you ever decided to post a pattern for these, they're wonderful. Cheesy

Yeah i used basically the same pattern for both, drew the sillouette and a thin underbelly and top.  sometimes the legs will com out at an angle but you can just put in a little stitch at the end to hold the legs where you want- thats what i did for the dog so he could stand by himself.
