Beautiful! I want to learn how to do this, among 999,999 other things! Where would you recommend I start?

Hmm.

Here's my advice:  Take a class.  Just a beginner fusing class.  Check your phone book, I betcha there's a glass store near you.  I'm fortunate to have had a gramma who taught me everything.  So I've been around glass, kilns, mosaics, stained glass, you name it, for my whole life.

But ya, take a class, see if you REALLY LIKE IT! (there's alot and I mean A  LOT that goes into making these little devils, and these stacked glass ones are SIMPLE! )

Glass crafting is, in my opinion, just the most fascinating art.  It's expensive to get started, (kiln, grinder, cutters, pliers, safety equipment, oh ya, GLASS, etc and so on)..but once you have the basic equipment, the possibilities are literally endless!

....and when you're done w/your beginner class...take another class...then another.  Smiley

Anyone can stack glass and bake it in a kiln...it's the advanced techniques that make you an artist!

Hope this helps!  Let me know if I can help you in any other way!

Thanks so much! *Trying to remember where I put that phonebook* I'll look up some classes and see where I wanna go from there Smiley I've looked at some of your other work and it's all so beautiful. You have a real talent here!
Have a happy day!
