I am soo excited!  I thought I was the only one with a handbag obsession!  This is my first post (of many I hope!)  I also have an obsession with Steve Burns (formerly Blue's Clues hottie, now Rock Godlet).  I used two old Blues Clues shirts to make myself a tribute handbag.  It's reversible!!!  The black fabric I had to make with iron on transfers that I made on the old inkjet.  A lot of cutting and ironing!  I may change out the handles- my local JoAnn's was slim on selection that day.  I LOVE IT!!!  Tell me what you think.

Sorry about the lumpiness, it's my first time working with a knit.  I probably should have used a stiffer interfacing to hold it better.

Oh man, I remember the Steve days.  That's really cute!  I think black handles would look more sleek, though.

Yeah, I was hoping for black, too, but all they had was clear and bamboo.  I'm gonna keep checking back though.
