This is the first book I've made. I gave it to my friend for her birthday. She loves movies as much as I do, so this was the perfect gift. I didn't create the posters although, the talented goons at the SomethingAwful forums did: (http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=2437874&perpage=40&pagenumber=1)

I tried to get the book rough looking the best I could, so I crinkled up the pages. It gives the book a nice thickness. I think it turned out well for my first project.

I love that you bound grindhouse-style movie posters into book form!  My boyfriend grew up watching saturday afternoon grindhouse movies; I might have to assemble my own homage for him, too.

and, the crinkled pages add just the right amount of grittiness.

Thanks for the comments guys!

I'd love to see it! It's real easy to make and fun too. It's neat to flick through the pages when you're bored. I guess you'll be using actual Grindhouse movie posters in yours? Maybe you could do a combination of the two.
