I dont really have a set pattern, i just kind of fooled around for it for a while and came up with it, each time i made them its a little different. I twist the wire twice around a lip balm tube leaving the two ends of wire sticking out horizontally on each side of the ring. i make the hole smaller or bigger depending on the size of ring you're going for. I add a 'main bead' (usually a large one while the E beads are accents) in the middle wire and add two or 3 e beads to one of the wire ends, bringing them down close to the middle bead. i wrap the piece of wire containg the e beads around the other wire end (making a loop around the middle bead almost and bringing the wire piece around to face the opposite direction... phew hope that made sense) then i bend down the other wire piece (the one we havnt even touched yet) to make up for the missing horizontal piece that we just twisted around to the other side (get my drift?) add a few e beads to this wire piece (the same one we've been working with!) and then each piece of wire once around the sides of the ring (the O) continue adding e beads and criss crossing the wire to the other side of the ring and finish the ends by wrapping them around the O again. voila! that probably made no sense... i need a camera
