I wish I had bigger D rings, but I didn't and I too impatient to wait until tonight to finish the bag...

if you can't find any, i'm totally up for some sort of swap. i have tons of MONSTROUSLY huge d rings and i'm not skilled enough with sewing to whip out bags (not yet, but i'm getting there), and i bought about 50 on a whim. see my post to see the size: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=170414.msg1743030#msg1743030

And I love skulls - no one in my family gets it but me.
My mother actually commented about "more skulls? why can't you make something nice?"

so my sister is a pretty decent sewer and sewed some dresses for my niece, her daughter, and one of them was hot pink with skulls and my mom was just like "this isn't appropriate for a 6 month old!"...but the fabric was totally cute, not scary/creepy skulls.

the bag is awesome and i love the colors. and i LOVE your appliqués...are they just ironed on?. they even look like they have sewing lines that look perfectly consistent everywhere. great job Smiley

my job is sending me to training in the dc area from october to march. great for the career and social life but bad for the crafting.

They're not appliques, just iron ons from Michaels.  I wish I could stitch that perfectly, lol!  I too believe that it is not inappropriate to dress your baby in a cute skull themed outfit!
