so i really like making tampon cases now because they're such quick projects. my sister requested one with a uterus on it, complete with fallopian tubes, and this is what i came up with. i think i did an okay job of it considering there aren't exactly slews of crochet uterus patterns on the internet... ^_^

i wanted to put a happy face on it... or a sad face, since her tampon-using-times are always crampy... but she vetoed that idea.

That looks really good.

I am kinda new to crocheting though, how did you get the uterus on the crocheted case?  Its also crocheted right, did you just appliqu it on?

yesh, i crocheted it separately and then stitched it on with clear quilting thread. ^_^

Good job. At first when I looked at pic under recnet post with pics I was like oh fallopian tubes, but then I was like no maybe not. But I was right and you did a great job because it looks like what is should be. LOL Smiley
