Here's a couple of wristlets I made recently. When I get all bent out of shape trying to make a new pattern design or technique work (which is, like, every time), I like to make a couple of these to reassure myself that I'm not a complete #@$@# up. Here are the latest!

I named this one Helen, because it was made out of a dress that was SO very Mrs. Roper from Three's Company (I had to look her up on IMDB because I didn't know her first name - turns out it was Helen!)

This one was made from vintage polka dot fabric from the thrift and a little girl's floral dress. Oh, and some vintage trim. I also made a cuff bracelet with these fabrics, which is posted here

Hey thanks! I hadn't noticed how wavy the stitching was on the right side of the ribbon thing (second bag) until I just looked at the post. How'd I miss that!? Does it make it look more "homemade" than "handmade?"

These are so cute, I really like the handles.

I love these handles, and I found a closeout store where they were $.25 A PAIR! Can you believe that?! I bought about a dozen, but I'm running low - I hope they still have them because these puppies usually go for closer to $5.00!

That's where I get most of mine! I hate it when I see a really cool print dress/shirt/etc and it turns out to be double knit polyester. Yuck. Who wants a double knit poly purse?
