Alright, so I've been doing henna for like...4 months or so. And I've done a number of designs. I just re-ordered some henna that was recommended to me..(I can't remember the name...it begins with a J). So hopefully, I'll get some nice dark stains.

I have been doing henna off and on for a couple years now.  I just hennaed my foot last night, and I went a little crazy!!!  Almost afraid to look.  LOL.  Your designs are gorgeous!  I use fresh powder henna from my local organic store, and it is awesome.  I keep changing the recipe, but all in all it is so much fun!

Cool! I had this done a few days ago (It was a lot darker but it faded)

I'm going to ask my amazing-artist-friend to do massive wings on my back for this festival we're going to in a few weeks! Smiley

this is my first attemp
i made the paste out of the powder, and lemon juice, didnt stain as dark as i wanted it too
i heard that tea tree oil will work for darker longer stains, so im trying that next time
and covering it with lemon juice and sugar paste works too ....im hopeing!!

Aw pretty! I've got to get back into henna while the weathers nice. This is the biggest thing I've ever pulled off in the medium of henna, I should try and top it sometime  Grin
