I knit this on size 8's using the same stitch pattern as in this lovely textured scarf in Manos. I made my dog model because I'm not feeling pretty tonight!

The yarn is a handpainted cotton chenille. It's hard to see in these pics because the camera flash obscured it, but the violet and teal kind of zigzag across the scarf due to pooling. But I love the look of pooling!

That's lovely! The contrast between the colours is gorgeous, the teal just looks so vibrant. Your model is a stunner as well  Cheesy

And I have to say, gee your dog must be well trained  Cheesy I remember trying to get our dogs to sit still for a photograph was a difficult experience.
