Adorable Anouk Jumper

I just adore this pattern, and this is now officially my favorite thing I have ever knitted. It's Anouk from Knitty (http://knitty.com/ISSUEspring04/PATTanouk.html), and the yarn is Berocco Touche.



I started this dress for a friend's daughter, but it took me too long and it's now too small for her. In the meantime, I got pregnant myself, and I figured that if I had a girl, it would most certainly be hers. But I just found out this week that I'm having a boy -- so Anouk will sit in the closet until another close friend or family member has a baby girl who can wear this stunning item! (And then I will be reluctant to let it go...)

I really like your colour combination.  Mine's a little truer to the patern, but still a bit of a take off from it...

I used Butterfly Mercerized Cotton from EL. D. Mouzakis (it's Greek, I can't tell you much more about it because the rest of the text is in Greek) ... and wrote about it in the discussions section, because I was hoping to compare notes on progress... oh well, I finished it, and it turned out alright. 



I really love the softness of your colours though, such a precious dress.
