Another Charm Swap?

Bumping this: is anyone still interested? I know I phantomed on you girls, school got crazy and I got knocked up and you know how it is.

BUT here I am!

I'm sending out for swaps in March, so maybe sign-up could open at the end of March?

Wow - just when I thought I had an idea that hadn't been done here before.  Glad I did a search!  I was thinking of organizing my first swap to have swappers who make multiples of the same charm and then everyone gets one of each kind.  Guess it's been done here before   I should have known!

Is anyone interested in this?  I'd be happy to organize or co-organize with the original poster of this idea.

These were my thoughts about it - anyone else with any other ideas to add to the mix?

Originally I was thinking 20 swappers or less - since everyone would have to craft that many charms. 

I also thought of having everyone send their charms in one package to the organizer, who could distribute.  I figured that way only one person would have to ship multiples.  BUT, that's against the Craftster swap rules (and after I saw that and thought about it - I could see why).

So, it would be quite a commitment to do this swap.  People would have to be willing to make multiple charms and then send them to multiple people, all with DC numbers.  Could be time consuming and a little spendy (although the small package size would help).

I found this doing a search to see if there had been a charm swap....of course there had silly me!

maybe we could craft 5 or 6 charms for two different people, so you'd be making 12 charms but only sending out twice, and everyone would still recieve a variety?

I have a question, do they have to be beaded / traditional "jewellery" charms or can they be polymer clay or different styles as well?

I'm interested for the new year...or maybe February/April ish.  This sounds kind of interesting.  I'll have to see if I can actually make a charm.
