This is a mystery quilt I did earlier this year called "Migration".  I didn't realize at the time that it would be a "girlie" design so I chose all the blues out of my stash.  I don't really like how it turned out, I was rather disappointed in it.  Ah well... the joys of a mystery.  Now it sits unfinished on my desk.  Anyone want it?

What do you mean by mystery quilt?

I wouldn't call it a girlie design - the dark 'designs' remind me of bats so I'd say it's more masculine.

I don't think it's too girly or anything, I think it's cute.  I think it's brave of you to do a mystery quilt.  Set it aside for a while, and you'll think of a cool border to do and finish it up.

Actually, bats was the first thing that crossed my mind too.

Perhaps you could finish it and sell it - raffle it to raise money for a cause you're involved with, or sell it on eBay to finance your next project? Wink
