So... I got this idea from the yo-yo crochet-a-long that is going on here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=149456.0 to make this headband.

It's simple.
It's easy.
It takes only minutes to make and ounces of yarn.  What could be better?

Basically, here's the pattern:
Crochet hook size: I
Yarn: Caron Simply Soft Sport Weight Yarn - small amount

Following the pattern (http://www.geocities.com/cdjsimon/simple_yoyo_square.html) crochet 5 yo-yos.
Chain 35, join yarn to first yo-yo and connect as described ^ in one long row.  Fasten off.  Join yarn in opposite end of headband, chain 35 and fasten off.  Sew in ends, and youre done!

It's a quick project that makes even the simplest of outfits instantly cute!  And if you do make these, I'd love to see some pics!

I thought this was really cute and pretty, so I gave it a try and here are the results:
In fuzzy beige yarn and navy blue

I'm going to do more in different colour combos  Smiley Thanks for the pattern!
