Embroidered Plush Nintendo System

Crazy me thought it would be a good idea to sew a Nintendo. I hand dyed the felt, hand sewed it and embroidered all the details. It took me 2 weeks!!!! I hope you like it.



I made the system with an opening cover so that games can be put in and removed and I made Mario 3 and Duck Hunt games:




I made a controller and a gun that can both be plugged in and unplugged:


And here's where my obsessive compulsive behavior comes in, I made a television with interchangeable Mario and Duck Hunt screen shots on them that are attached to the tv with velcro:

That is so amazing! So much detail and it's just perfect....and the interchangeable screens! I'd love to see an "action shot" of someone blowing on the cartridge...hahahah aha

Yes it's on display at Argyle Fine Art Gallery in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  I was so rushed to finish it I didn't get a chance to take any pics of it at home.
