ok so....i've made a much better/larger/spiffier/cuter/more functional knitting pouch Smiley  and i ironed it!

hello all!  this is my first post in this section.  i just recently purchased a sewing machine and after wrestling with it and taming it so it would cooperate with me (*ahem*read the manual so i could master it*ahem*) i finally feel confident enough to post up one of my sewing projects. 

this is a small drawstring pouch prototype i sewed up to get a hang of making drawstring pouches.  i hope to sell them in the future on my etsy shop to use as knitting pouches Smiley  i used a shoelace instead of ribbon as the actual drawstring.  there are some kinks that need to be worked out (including the wrinkles.  ewww.  i should have ironed this before i took pictures haha!) but overall i'm happy Smiley



any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated!

haha thank you Smiley  i actually have quite a collection of shoelaces lying around with no purpose other than gathering dust....i thought this was a good project for it!
