..and it looks sorta weird. the dreads aren't tight and look like i just twisted it with some wax. i would post a pic but he doesn't know how to import pictures from hes camera phone. so is there anyway i can make them tighter and prettier? ha-ha. i know my dreads but i just wanted to know some more. thanks ya'll.

i back combed. yeah, i have done dreads before, like i said "i know my 'dreads'" just that this time they look a bit weird. i don't know, like he's hair didn't tight up and lock up with the back combing as much as the others did. tonight he washed his hair so i'll see tomorrow.

Maybe its just his hair type.
Also it could be that he didn't use a residue free shampoo before he dreaded up. Most shampoos contain wax-like substances that coat the hair to keep it shiny and soft... this could definately be a problem... it could be causing it to un-knot itself.
