I did this a few months ago and have only just got around to posting it!

Here is the before picture - It was too short for my liking (I have a long torso) so I made it even shorter (where's the logic in that?)



And here's the after picture. I made the sleeves three quarter length too so it's suitable for summery weather.



It's only a simple change but I think it's OK.
