Small pouch. Lightly fulled nalbinding in fuschia wool yarn. Drawstrings created with kumihimo technique using perle cotton. Decorative bits of altered fabric hand stitched to the cords and pouch. Just fun. Hubby does the kumihimo, I do the nalbinding, altered fabric, and putting it all together.

This is lovely! I think it's so neat how you pulled together so many of the skills that you (and your husband) can do. It brings 'hand crafted' to a whole new level!

Oh, I just found this - you and your hubby make a great crafting team, GraceOblivious. I love everything about this project - colors, combined techniques - are you using it yourself or is it a gift?

BTW I will be posting several pieces of jewelry using kumihimo cords in my July Swap the Shop shop.

Thanks Fun4Bambi - will probably keep this one.  It was so much fun to combine talents.  Thanks so much for appreciating that too.
