After a lot of searching: The pattern I modified to make this bag is now available online for sale, therefore I'm not allowed to post it here. I'm really sorry I can't post the whole pattern here, but it's not my pattern and I don't have the copyright so there is nothing I can do.
But I'll tell you what modifications I did make to make a dragon bag instead of a dragon stuffie. The pattern isn't that expensive so if you really like to make one, you can buy it and use my modifications. It was free once in a German crafting board but now it's only available for sale.
I found the pattern here: http://www.lulu.de/content/1244809

Modifications:
v crochet to stitches out of one
A make one stitch out of two
(x) stitches after completing the row
I crocheted according to the pattern until row 25. Then I closed the row and cut the yarn. Then I crocheted a round thing to sew into the head so I can stuff the head (and neck) but not the body.

Body: (body is crocheted NOT in the round - don't know how it is called)
31 chain stitches
crochet 30 stitches 2 times
(4 v)2x (2 v)4x 4 v 4 (37)
(5 v)2x 4 v 3 v 4 (v 5)2x (34)
6 rows without inc/dec
(6 v)2x (4 v 5 v 4) (v 6)2x (49)
1 row without inc/dec
(7 v)2x 5 v 5 v 5 (v 7)2x (55)
(8 v)2x 6 v 5 v 6 (v 8)2x (61)
4 v 8 v 8 v 5 v 3 v 5 v 8 v 8 v 4 (69)
1 row without inc/dec
4 v 11 v 9 v 15 v 9 v 11 v 4 (75)
11 row without inc/dec
11 A 9 A 9 A 5 A 9 A 9 A 11(69)
1 row without inc/dec
5 A 8 A 8 A 15 A 8 A 8 A 5 (63)
1 row without inc/dec
12 A 10 A 11 A 10 A 12 (59)
1 row without inc/dec
7 A 7 A 23 A 7 A 7(55)
10 A 10 A 7 A 10 A 10(51)
7 A 8 A 13 A 8 A 7(47)
11 A 7 A 3 A 7 A 11 (43)
7 rows without inc/dec (here I'm not really sure if I did 7 rows)
6 A 7 A 9 A 7 A 6 (39)
7 A 6 A 5 A 6 A 7(35)
5 A 2 A 13 A 2 A 5(31)
6 A 4 A 3 A 4 A 6(27)
4 A 2 A 7 A 2 A 4(23)

Tail:
31 chain stitches
work according to pattern from round 42
Then crochet a small round thing to sew on the open end of the tail so you can stuff it.

Wings:
work according to patter but after round 12:
14 half double-crochet, chain stitch, turn
14 single crochets

forelegs:
make a ring out of 3 chain stitches
7 single crochets into the ring
( 1 v ) 3x 1 (10)
( 1 V ) 4x 2 (14)
7 times: V 6 A 6 (bends the leg)
7 rows without dec/inc
2 A until closed

I didn't make nostrils.

All you have to do now, is to sew the zipper into the body and then sew all the parts together.

I hope this is helpful, if you have questions feel free to ask!
My English crochet vocabulary is horrible so I'm sorry if something sounds confusing.
