I got my package from tucanchild!  I can't even sufficiently describe how well my partner understood my quirky sense of humor.  I love everything in it, I keep catching myself saying I have a favorite thing, but then I find something equally or more endearing about something else. 

I got some coasters with really lovely cross stitching in them (the funny part is, I pulled them out in order, and I have to think that you packed them that way on purpose), a trivet, a travel mug (which has already been pilfered), some lovely ephemera (yay! i love papery goodness!), a venus paper doll (ahhh I love it!), a cd that will be great for upbeat house cleaning, and a little spinner doohickey with options...do these things have names or not?







I'm also thinking that tucanchild has some kind of weird pact with her mailman because this stuff came really quick.

(and since I know you are all observant folks here, the afghans weren't done by me, but they are a crafty shout-out to my great grandma)

Ok I am such a dork.  I was so excited, I didn't even open the coffee mug to notice that there's two necklaces (gorgeous!) and some fun beachy stuff inside.  And she even said in her letter it was in there...total dork.

I mean to find a fellow craftster that seemed to have so much in common with me AND wears the same shoe size? For that, I took on the challenge of decorating/reconning a pair of shoes, and only for that lol...

I bought a second set so I can make myself a pair now...

lol those coasters are fantastic! i saw Spinal Tap on the Live Earth concert the other day on TV and i have been humming that song to myself ever since!

I'll gladly post links...they are the only pics I did take of the items I crafted....my camera has been less than cooperative of late...

so long as it is allowed by craftster rules (I'm not quite sure, as it's adult content)

IT is allowed to post adult content or related items on Craftster.  The consensus through many discussions is that we like it to be clearly labeled. 

I am the mother of the only minor that I know of in this swap and I don't mind, however, our thread is not clearly labeled that it may contain adult themed items, and someone might inadvertently stumble across it.  So what I will ask is that you post the links to the pics and not the pics themselves and note in the post that the pics contain adult themed items.

Thank you, that way we maintain our "lady" status with good manners.
