Those are so awesome! The BBQ pork buns are my fave (yours and the real ones!) And sticky rice is delish too! Oh how a crave dim sum now!!

Those are really authentic looking, especially the sesame covered buns! I think that you can make the cheung fun better though. Maybe instead of making it gray and brown, make it white. Then paint brown soy sauce after you bake it with shiny brown nail polish (do they even make that?)or paint.

i actually tried to do that and the results weren't very successful. Tongue i used TLS and painted on the soy sauce instead of paint because TLS would give it more of the translucency of soy sauce than would acrylics.  however, i added way too much dark brown and it turned out all dark on me. :/ next time, i will definitely use a lighter brown. ^_^

I have a suggestion since you're at a loss for other items to make.  It's kinda gross but I always laugh when they bring around the chicken feet.  I think that would be a pretty unique dim sum minature item, I've never seen anyone else do that one.
