Website Board?

I've seen so many people on craftster making sites, or owning them for the selling and presenting of their crafts. Maybe in the Buisness section there could be a wesite sharing/ helping board? People could help others make sites. Then this sparked another idea..

Although it may be costly, but maybe craftser could provide sitemaking? Maybe for a price, or specific qualities [ie being on craftster for over 6 monthes..] people could have a site..like..www.gre enfish.craftster.or g.

More publicity for craftster, webbies for us?

I like being crafty.  I knit and sew a bit, make jewelry, etc.  One of the crafts I take pride in the most is web design.  I think that it can be incredibly crafty and creative to make your own website.  Since I like to share the crafts that I'm excited about, I naturally feel like sharing my website.  A web design board would be fun.  Or maybe that's silly.  What do you guys think?

Thanks for the reply.  I'm fairly sure that board is specifically for "crafty business" websites, or things like them.  I'm talking about a board to talk about the craftiness of any website.

I know what you mean. The board over there really seems just like it's for websites that sell crafty stuff. Web Design is an art, and I think it should be treated that way too. Maybe you could just make posts under "more art less craft" Although I think it should have it's own board too. Because no one responded to my post in the website opinions thread - probably because i don sell crafty stuff *tho I want to* I was just asking for opinions of the design.

Thanks for the ideas humblestumble!  I think it'd be neat to have a board specifically for web design because I feel like the people who look at the other boards may not care about it...  It might be unexpected, you know?  If that makes sense.

I guess I could ask Leah if a web design board would be appropriate.

we could swap coding tips and what not too.
ive basically taught myself everything i know.
through trial and error...maybe others can skip those errors?
maybe i can totally avoid future errors? that would be the best.

i think this is a great idea.   I would love to see everyone's sweet webdesigns and tips.
