Modesto (ceres, stockton, turlock)

Anyone in the area? I am in Modesto and have tried a few times this year to start a craft group with no luck. I vend at Queen Mab's (local) and in SF...It seems that to have any fun I have to go up to SF and that is to pricey with the gas cost...

I'm in Stockton.  Modesto isn't too far.  I'm totally willing and able to travel or possibly to host.  I'm a seamstress looking to meet more folks who are interested in not only sewing but crafty stuff in general.  My current projects include several sewing projects, paper lanterns, invitations, wire arts, and brewing beer.
