I finally made this sweater from Last Minute Knitted Gifts.  It was a really fun and quick knit that I made for a friend's first baby girl. I made the 3-6 month size with minor modifications using Debbie Bliss Baby Alpaca Silk...yum!

it is soft and delicious...

thanks!
I really love how it turned out, too. I had a big scare today because I was so excited to send it to my friend that I didn't wait for her to get back to me with her address, and I looked them up online. There was an address listed, so I sent it. Then she called to give me her address which was completely different!  Shocked
So I searched for that and found it is the place where her husband works...phew!
As far as buying the book...I have made about 20 things from this book which is way more than any other book or magazine I have ever gotten. I find the designs to be really appealing, realistic and just challenging enough.
