I just love making Sushimifune's Rounder Roomy bag.  And thanks, SewPixie, for the zipper pocket tutorial.  The idea for the fabric was from Poppet, who made the amazing "Man Bag."

Wah, I might have to give this one away to the wife of someone who's doing my family a big ol' favor-- we're gonna sit in on a taping of The Simpsons!

I bought the fabric from eQuilter.  http://www.equilter.com/cgi-bin/webc.cgi/st_prod.html?p_prodid=47589&sid=31U9Hz10G0Vo8Xj-12104161730.3a and just ordered three more yards for making Christmas presents.  A messenger bag out of this fabric would be really cute.  I'd also like to make teeny sundresses for my baby nieces.

Thank you for your kind comments.  Goddess, please post the skirt once you've made it!  Limegreenchicken, I've seen your terrific work and you could easily whip this out!  (BTW, your name really paints a picture!)  KiwiCat, I can't wait until tomorrow!  We have to get up at 4:00 am to catch our flight.  My seven-year-old son is ecstatic.  He said, "Meeting the actors would be great, but meeting the writers would just be unbelieveably wonderful!"

Hehehehe...that fabric is so funny, and cool!  The bag looks great - sorry you might not keep it.  Enjoy the Simpsons!  And I hope we get to see the other bags you make as well!

That's the most beautiful limegreen chicken ever!  Does your baby know his/her color is very en vogue this season?  Stylish!

Had a little Muscle Beach fabric left, so I paired it with black baby wale corduroy and a big, ol' sparkly 7/8" rhinestone button to make shs's A-line Jordy.  I wish the button were twice as big.  Love sparklies.  That's just the raccoon in me.
