Altiods are very addictive, aren't they! I only started buying them for the tins, and now they're always on the desk where I revise and.. munch.

Not that I'm complaining, they make for some fantastic crafty projects, it's only that they cost 1.25 ($2.50) a tin where I am!!! Shocked

Any UKers know where I can get them cheeper? By the way..

They aren't any cheaper in the US. And, aren't they made in the UK? I'd think you guys would get the best price being so close to the source and all.

I thought I must be going mad, I thought that. What's odd if that I can only find them in one place, and I've seriously looked everywhere!!

Maybe they just aren't popular. Undecided

here is what i posted in the details on the front page:

(If you are unable to find an actual Altoid tin, you may use a substitute, provided you keep the size to anything smaller than 4" x 4" (10 cm x 10 cm), and not thicker than 1" (3 cm).) The tins can be square, rectangular, or circular.

Im pretty sure you can use it, because on the 1st page it states the lengths of tins you can use, but I'd leave it up to Kish!
