Details of swap:This is a swap for people who enjoy penpalling and mail! (This is not a swap for finding a penpal. But if you and your partner hit it off and would like to exchange letters, go for it.

)
In this swap, you'll make 1 "medium/large" item, and two "small" items. If you'd like to make more than that, please run it by your partner, first.

So that we can keep shipping low (because we have to buy stamps, after all), items should fit into a 11.625inch X 15.125inch mailing envelope. (That measurement was taken from the U.S. postal service website. Don't worry about finding exactly that size - just wanted to give you an idea.)
(No idea what I mean by small/medium/large items? Here's how I've seen it explained before:
large = 3 hours crafting time
medium = 2 hours crafting time
small = 1 hour crafting time
Now, I'm kind of a slow crafter, so I've never once had my actual crafting time match up with those examples, but it gives you an idea.)
What kind of things could be crafted for this swap? Stationery, address labels, items crafted using stamps, items that are mail themed, stationery folios, mail organizers, stamp holders, stickers, decorated writing utensils... lots of room to be creative!

Tell me about your letter writing. How long are your letters, usually? (useful info for making stationery sets.) Do you usually type them or handwrite? What kind of stationery do you like - big, small, lined, unlined, postcards, fold-cards, sheets of paper. Do you often include postcards and photos, and need envelopes big enough to accomodate them? Do you have lots of penpals, and need a way to keep your "answered/waiting to be answered" letters organized?
What are some styles/colors/motifs you like? For instance, do you like things that are cute/kawaii? Do you like elegant stuff? Are you big on frogs? Is blue your absolute favorite?
Is there anything you don't want that your partner should know about?Anything you'd especially love to get? This could be a type of craft, or an item, or something with a particular theme.
What sorts of crafts might you send? Do you knit? Are you awesome at making journals? Are your hands one with Sculpey?
What are your interests/hobbies?If you'd be open to getting a t-shirt or other clothing item, please include measurements/sizes here. (If you'd rather not receive any clothing items, please say that, too.)
Are there any links that might be useful to your partner? Wists, blog, website, anything?
Please include any other information you think might be helpful.
IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE, REMEMBER TO SEND YOUR INFO TO ORGANIZER VIA PRIVATE MESSAGE AND NOT TO REPLY WITH IT HERE.
