Hi Naomi..thanks so much for the reply! Those squiggly things are a scalloped edged copper foil that I apply solder over.

those are really pretty. every time i break out my soldering iron i freaking burn myself. man i hate that thing. but you did a wonderful job. hope to see more of your work.

You inspired me to go to Lowe's today, and finally get some solder and flux (I already had the never tried Cold Touch soldering iron)...
Hope to post pics soon, your work is SO pretty.
