this is the best veggie recipe, i've converted carnivores and italian with it
 1.  begin by sauteeing a pack of trader joes "meatless meatballs" and 2-4 cloves of galic.  chop the garlic as much as possible. and stop the sauteeing when the meatballs are turning brown like chocaolate.
2.  i use rigatori from barillia, whatever pasta you use, but add it in now.
3.  add your sauce to the mix.  i love paul newman's 5 chesse. or use the marinarra suace.
4.  add a sprinke or salt and pepper.  just a bit.  sprinkle the top
5.  add a little bit of chilli paste.  like thai chille paste or som sat.  add the size of you pinkie fingernail. no more.
6.  you can add peppers or mushrooms now but its now necessary. your choice.
7.  a half a teaspoon of sugar..  i know every itailian will want to lynch me.  yes sugar.  add it at the very end.  i swear it works. it balances the spiciness.
8.  add mozerella chees.  about a handfull.  and obviouslessy parmisian when its done.
9.  take the pasta out. and strain it.  don't use cold water.  run olive oil it.
10.  combing the pasta and sauce and stir it up.

i guanantee this recipe.   i have converted carnivores to vegitarians with it.
i would put this recipe in a contest.
